You can invite ScoutPal to operate your computer by remote-control,
and we will assist you. Call us first for instructions
on how to begin your support session.
The support procedure will require that you are already capable of performing basic computer operations:
browsing directly to a specific website address, downloading and installing software,
and following directions.
Your computer's internet connection will need be DSL, cable modem, or at the
very least a high-speed dialup through a dedicated phone line. If your
connection is dial-up, you will need another phone line so that we can talk to
you as we are operating your computer.
* Due to compatibility issues we will occasionally use
"LogMeIn" for a support session.
